Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of care for your natural crown, a thorough consultation is required for all new clients and for those beginning an Extensive Hair Growth Revival Treatment. Honesty & Hair History: Clients must be completely honest about their full hair history, including chemical services (bleaching, box dyes, relaxers, or perms) even if they were years ago. We also discuss any relevant health factors, such as postpartum shedding or medications that may impact growth. Realistic Expectations: Our goal is restoration before styling. During the consultation, we will map out a realistic growth plan, which may involve multiple appointments over several months. Visual Documentation & Preparation: Clients are encouraged to bring reference photos of their hair goals. If possible, please arrive with your hair in its natural, unstyled state to allow for an accurate visual and tactile assessment of the scalp and hair condition. Confidentiality & Documentation: All information shared, including scalp analysis data and hair density recordings, is strictly confidential. We maintain detailed records of your preferences, allergies, and specific instructions to ensure consistency across your growth journey. Fees & Deposits: A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is often applicable toward your first full revival treatment if you proceed with our recommended game plan. Service Contraindications: For your safety, the presence of open scalp lesions, extreme sensitivity, or certain conditions may be a contraindication for some chemical or intense "sting" treatments. We will propose an alternative, safe plan of action if needed. Investing time in a 15–30 minute consultation allows us to move beyond generic solutions to provide tailored recommendations that enhance your long-term success. By managing expectations regarding budget, maintenance time, and lifestyle, we ensure you are an active participant in your hair's revival.
