What began as a season of uncertainty became the foundation of a purpose I never saw coming.

During the COVID pandemic, my salon doors temporarily closed, my favorite products became difficult to find, and I found myself on a personal hair growth journey. Instead of waiting for solutions, I decided to create one.

Driven by curiosity, determination, and faith, I immersed myself in researching natural ingredients, studying their benefits, and understanding how they interacted with one another. My goal wasn't simply to create another hair product—I wanted to create something extraordinary. A unique blend that could remain stable through changing temperatures, maintain its nourishing properties, and deliver powerful results without compromising quality.

After countless hours of research, testing, and refining, I created my very first butter oil blend.

​

The moment I used it, I knew I had discovered something special.

​

My skin stayed moisturized for days. It glowed. It radiated. The results were unlike anything I had experienced before. Yet instead of immediately sharing it with the world, I kept it to myself. Not because I was selfish—but because I wanted to be certain. I wanted to know that every ingredient worked together safely and effectively before it ever touched someone else's hands.

So, I tested it where it mattered most—on the people I love. I used it on my own hair. My children's hair. My husband's hair.

Over time, the results became impossible to ignore. My sons began growing healthy, thriving hair that allowed him to confidently wear twists. My young daughter, who previously struggled with sparse growth around her edges and sides, experienced remarkable improvement. Even my husband's stress-related thinning area began showing positive changes with consistent care.

But despite what I was witnessing, fear crept in.

​

I convinced myself that maybe it only worked for my family. Maybe no one would want it. Maybe there were better products already out there.

​

In 2024, I took a leap of faith and signed up for my first vendor event. I paid the fee. I prepared the products.

And then I didn't show up.

​

Fear won that day.

​

The disappointment and regret I felt became a turning point in my life. That moment forced me to confront what had been holding me back for years. I realized that fear was standing between me and the purpose God had been preparing me for all along.

​

That day, I made a decision.

​

I surrendered my fears and told God, "Use me."

​

For years before COVID, I worked with clients seeking hair restoration and healthier hair. I even worked for a major hair-loss solutions company, helping people regain confidence through hair growth treatments. But I noticed something missing. There were very few solutions designed specifically for textured hair. There were limited options for women experiencing postpartum shedding. Few products were simple, natural, and thoughtfully formulated with ingredients women could actually recognize.

I knew there had to be another way.

​

For nearly seven years, I have devoted myself not only to developing products but also to developing the woman God called me to become. My mission evolved into something far greater than selling hair products.

I am building a movement.

​

A movement that encourages women to care for the foundation beneath the styles. A movement that celebrates healthy, thriving hair. A movement that reminds women they are beautiful, worthy, and capable of restoration.

​

For years, my signature blend was known as "Boss Oil" because my husband believed it was one of the most powerful products he had ever seen.

​

Today, it carries a different name.

​

Use Me.

​

The name represents my journey, my faith, and my purpose.

​

Because after years of fear, God showed me that the greatest impact happens when we allow ourselves to be used for something bigger than ourselves.

And just like the product, the message speaks for itself:
