Cancellation Policy
"We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time slot to other busy moms on our waiting list". Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed a $10 fee. No-Call/No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without any prior notice will result in a $10 no-show fee. I completely understand that life gets busy and things happen. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from receiving the treatments they need. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my business!
